Client Relationship Co-ordinator
- Reports to the Administration Manager
Primary Goals:
- To develop strong and trusted relationships with team members and clients through the provision of superior administration services
- To work collaboratively with all team members to ensure an exceptional provision of service to clients
- Identify opportunities and propose pro-active solutions that will create greater efficiencies and increase value to the business
Key areas of responsibility:
External
- Returning client records
- Dealing with client and ATO correspondence
- Scheduling and changing appointments
- Contacting clients for missing information and general enquiries
- Advising clients of ABN & GST registration, PAYG instalment obligations, personal tax assessments, tax file numbers
Internal
- Client additions & deletions
- Typing of letters, reports & fee proposals
- Monitoring of WIP, BAS lodgements and workflow including attendance at meetings
- Drafting of monthly invoices for approval and issue
- Preparation and organization of training sessions
- Maintenance of office library
- Filing
- Reviewing & checking client source documents
- Printing & binding finalized annual financial statements, taxation returns and other client reports
- Completion of annual company returns
- Attending to all ASIC matters including completion of forms
- Systems writing & updating
- Assistance with marketing tasks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Approaches all assignments with a high level of enthusiasm
- Self-starting and shows initiative to manage multiple projects in an environment that is resource and time constrained with high demands for service quality, technical expertise and competitive cost
